Chairperson
The Chairperson leads the committee and oversees the entire enclosure project
1-Lead and manage committee meetings, 2-Ensure the Enclosure project moves forward according to plan, 3-Represent the community when dealing with the municipality, consultants, and authorities, 4-Ensure decisions made by the committee are implemented, 5-Coordinate with other committee members to keep everyone informed, 6-Resolve disputes or concerns raised by residents where possible, 7-Sign official documents related to the enclosure application.
Treasurer
The Treasurer manages all finances related to the enclosure project.
1-Keep accurate financial records for the project, 2-Manage funds collected from residents, 3-Open and manage a community bank account, 4-Provide transparent financial reports to residents and the committee, 5-Ensure all payments are properly recorded, 6-Monitor the project budget, 7-Ensure accountability and prevent misuse of funds.
Community Liaison
The Community Liaison acts as the communication link between the committee and residents.
1-Keep residents informed about project progress, 2-Share updates through community communication channels, 3-Collect feedback, concerns, and suggestions from residents, 4-Help organise volunteers for tasks such as collecting forms, 5-Assist with community surveys or petitions, 6-Help ensure residents understand the process and requirements, 7-Encourage community participation and support.
Secretary
The Secretary manages all administration and documentation for the committee.
1-Keep accurate records of meetings and minutes, 2-Maintain the database of residents and signed support forms, 3-Handle all correspondence, 4-Prepare meeting agendas and distribute meeting notes, 5-Keep copies of all documents required for hte enclosure application, 6-Track important dates and deadlines, 7-Assist with organising community meetings or information sessions.
